1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

7. Limitation of Liability

www77 shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from server downtime, software malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, acts of God, government actions, labor disputes, or any other events beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall www77's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting www77 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may initiate formal dispute resolution proceedings.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, www77 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.

10. Account Termination

www77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for account termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, multiple accounts, underage gambling, or any conduct that www77 deems harmful to the Platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. www77 will process any legitimate outstanding withdrawals of real money funds, subject to completion of all verification procedures. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited at www77's sole discretion.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion options are also available for users who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gambling purposes.
